This website is owned and operated by Matelda Coffee, Plot No. 21/A2, Hamid Hussain Farooqi Rd, Block 2 PECHS, Karachi 74500, Pakistan. You may browse, share and order for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to interfere with the site's operation or security, scrape or copy content in bulk, submit false order or contact details, or use the site for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

All products are offered subject to availability. Because we roast and pack in small batches, a blend or size may sell out after you add it to your cart. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to offer a substitute blend, a partial dispatch, or a full refund of the unavailable item.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include any taxes applied at the point of sale unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout before payment. We may change prices, promotions and shipping rates at any time, but the price confirmed in your order confirmation is the price you pay for that order. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we will contact you before dispatch and you may confirm the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

Your order is an offer to buy. The order confirmation email acknowledges receipt; the contract is formed when we dispatch your order. We may decline or cancel an order where the item is unavailable, the payment is not authorised, the delivery address is incomplete or outside our service area, or we suspect fraudulent or abusive use. Where we cancel, any amount already charged is refunded in full.

You may cancel an order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched by emailing support@mateldacoffee.com or calling 0339-1872005 with your order number. Once a parcel has left our facility it can no longer be cancelled, and the Return & Refund Policy applies instead. Coffee is a consumable food product, so orders already opened cannot be cancelled or returned.

The Matelda name, logo, packaging design, product photography, brewing guides, journal articles and all site copy are the property of Matelda Coffee and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, resell, modify or use them commercially, or use our marks in a way that implies endorsement or partnership, without our written permission. Editorial mentions with proper credit and a link back are welcome.

We take care that product descriptions, images, nutrition information and brewing guidance are accurate, but the site is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those implied by law. To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes, public holidays or other events outside our reasonable control. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Delivery timelines, processing times, tracking, address accuracy and failed delivery attempts are governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Because coffee is a consumable food product, returns and refunds are accepted only in the specific circumstances set out in our Return & Refund Policy — wrong product delivered, damaged package, manufacturing defect, expired product or a product that leaked in transit — reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographs.

Your personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, the analytics and advertising tools we use, and how you can exercise your rights.

The site links to and relies on third-party services including Shopify, payment processors, couriers and analytics providers. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites, and your use of those services is subject to their own terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from these terms or from an order placed on this site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Karachi, Sindh. We ask that you contact us first — most issues are resolved in a single email.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
