Brewing tips

Small details, big difference.

Fresh, filtered water

Great coffee starts with great water — always fresh, never reboiled.

85–90°C is the sweet spot

Boiling water scalds the granules. Let the kettle rest 30 seconds after the boil.

Stir with intention

10–20 gentle seconds — enough to fully dissolve without knocking the aroma out.

Reseal after every cup

Keep the jar cool, dry, out of direct light. Freshness lives inside the seal.
